Please join us at LSLK on Friday, Nov 15, and Saturday, Nov 16, for a three-session mini-retreat on meditation practices and the Buddha’s Middle Path.
During the three sessions on Friday and Saturday, we will learn about the practices and goals of Insight and Calm Abiding meditation in light of the Buddha’s teachings on Dependent Origination (the Buddha’s philosophical middle path), particularly focusing on developing awareness of intentional and volitional fabrications and of how we construct our sense of self and relate to the world.
