A Person Whose Foliage Has Changed Color

“When a person intends to take refuge in the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha and take the Five Precepts, on that occasion such a person is one whose foliage has changed color, like the Tāvatiṃsa devas’ pāricchattaka tree.”
